FORMATION OF PRODUCE VISION AND RESULTS OF REGIONAL PARTNERSHIP MOTOR TRANSPORT ENTERPRISES IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF SYSTEM OF PROVISION EFFICIENCY OF PASSENGER TRANSPORT

Abstract

In the article the vision of the product and result of the project Regional Partnership motor transport enterprises (MTE) in the development of system of provision efficiency of passenger vehicles areoffered.

Object of research – the system of provision efficiency of passenger vehicles.

Purpose – to create a vision of the product and the outcome of the Regional Cooperation automobile transport enterprises in the development of system of provision efficiency of passenger vehicles and determine the conditions and criteria of entry to this cooperation for eachroad transport company.

This work are proposed to establish a Regional Partnership to jointly perform of certain work on technical preparations vehicles of various MTE based on joint implementation of these works on individual PTB of MTE or a compatible ordering them based on outsourcing- for improving road transport enterprises and providing them operable vehicles. MTE like that will be partners in this market segment.

The conceptual model of the vision product and result of the project Regional Cooperation in the development of MTE ensure the efficiency of passenger vehicles are developed in this article.

Based on this model you can build a functional model of the vision product and result of the project Regional Partnership. The model are considering: expertise, the formation position of road transport companies like a potential partners, formation a vision of the product and the project as a result of coordination of positions and self-project management like the basic functions

The problem of rational development of production and technical base is one of the most pressing problems because it is the material basis of trucking companies to maintain the automobile fleet in working condition.
