AUTOMATION OF DESIGNING OF TECHNOLOGICAL PROCESSES OF MACHINING AND ASSEMBLAGE

Object of research are technological processes of machining and assemblage in mechanical engineering. The work purpose is working out of rational sequence of the automated designing of processes of manufacturing and assemblage of products in mechanical engineering. A research method is use of databases on a production target, existing technological processes of the similar products, the available equipment, adaptations, the tool, logic algorithms and criteria of an estimation of variants of technological process.
Increase of efficiency and competitiveness of the domestic machine-building enterprises is possible only at the expense of elaboration and manufacturing of modern and qualitative production of the wide nomenclature. In this connection, an actual problem of the Ukrainian enterprises is not only outdated equipment, but also absence of modern software for the automated designing of technological processes of manufacturing and assemblage of products of mechanical engineering. Available techniques of technological preparation of manufacture are enough outdated, bulky and not suitable as a basis for creation of such software. Proceeding from it, the author offers rational sequence of the automated designing of technological processes of machining and assemblage. Initial databases for designing are parameters of a product, that planned for manufacturing, production target parameters, typical technological processes of manufacture of products, that are near by destination and designs to new product, parameters available on the enterprise of the equipment, equipment and the tool. All sequence of designing is divided into some small algorithms, which easily give in to programming and which help variants of technological processes of manufacturing and assemblage of a new product are synthesized and analyzed. Thus criteria for a choice of the most rational variant are provided productivity and the finished goods cost price. The offered sequence can form a basis for creation of computer programs of the automated designing of modern highly effective technological processes of manufacture of new competitive products.
