THE ANALYSIS OF TECHNOLOGICAL PROCESSES AND EQUIPMENT FOR PROCESSING OF WOOD MATERIALS

After the rapid development of technology and production, improvement of the state of the environment and the development of non-waste production became one of the most urgent questions of engineering. Such questions is recycling of wood materials after annually pruning and thinning of forest, park, roadside plantings.
The analysis of technology and equipment for the recycling of wood materials into briquettes and pellets and the directions of research and design. It has been established that the type of equipment for the primary processing of wood material differs mainly in the type of a crushing device (drum, disc and rotary), and also by the method of actuating - suspended to tractors and industrial complexes from diesel or other engines. It is noted that the urban economy complexes should be used suspended shredders with a disk grinding device as they are mobile, simple in design, less overall compared to industrial complexes and their operation need to spend less money.
The methods of making briquettes and pellets and equipment for their pressing are analyzed. Is proved characteristics of materials – size fractions, moisture and temperature regime to produce quality products.
The object of research – the process of recycling wood materials into briquettes and pellets.
The purpose of research – analysis of technological processes and equipment for the recycling of wood materials to formulate a technical task for its production and operation
