MATHEMATICAL MODEL OF DIAGNOSTICS OF THE FUEL INJECTION SYSTEM «MONO-JETRONIC»

The system of fuel injection «Mono-Jetronic»is a system of intermittent injection of fuel with an electronic control unit, which has one on the entire engine of a magnetoelectric nozzle. The main function of the «Mono-Jetronic»system is the management of the fuel injection process.
A defective fuel injection system is accompanied by a malfunction of the fuel system, a malfunction of the ignition system. In order to prevent and detect malfunctions of fuel injection systems, various scientific and practical measures are being developed that enhance the efficiency of the process of technical diagnostics.
The paper presents a mathematical model of the fuel injection system «Mono-Jetronic» as an object of diagnostics. A diagnostics matrix has been constructed along with a block diagram of its synthesis.
