EVALUATION OF THE FUNCTIONING OF THE VINNITSA VALLET-ROAD NETWORK

The city transport system performs the function of communication between various branches of the city, the structure and rhythm of which dictates the present. Therefore, the work of the city's transport system should be changed with the change of the city-planning system; otherwise, the indicators of the efficiency of the street-road network functioning as normative values are not in line, which in turn leads to the appearance of transport problems at the sites
The article proposes a system of indicators for assessing the functioning of the city's street-road network. The results of calculations of the estimation of rationality of the plan and the efficiency of the street-road network functioning in the city of Vinnitsa are presented. The negative planning factors influencing the street-road network are determined.
