Abstract

In the article the use of difficult-dimensional vibration load circuit to process large products, the example of large diameter pipes and equipment are examples on which to implement the selected scheme.

Research object - a pipe with an abrasive mass under the action of vibration loads.

Purpose - to justify the selection scheme vibration loading facility processing equipment for the implementation of the scheme.

To handle bulky workpieces implementation of these schemes difficult because of the lack of sufficiently powerful equipment.

In developing schemes for loading large products requires an individual approach, depending on the type of workpiece. When a certain combination of directed vibration effects can be achieved circulation of the abrasive particles on the contour of the workpiece, which significantly increases the effectiveness of the treatment.

The analysis of technological schemes workpiece loading and data of the experiments revealed that there are more effective load circuit when the blank is provided with two process moves back and forth and back and circular (reciprocating screw).

The schemes vibration installations Hydro drive that allows for this circuit load.
