EVALUATION OF EFFECTIVENESS OF MANUFACTURING METHODS BLANKS TRAINING FOR TECHNO-ECONOMIC INDICATORS

The object of the research is the possible ways of manufacturing the blank of the "Flange" type of casting.
The purpose of the work is to develop a methodology for selecting the method for manufacturing cast billets on the basis of a comparison of the efficiency of these methods in terms of technical and economic indicators, taking into account the refinement coefficients provided for performing the transitions of further machining.
The proposed methodology involves the following stages: the choice of possible methods of manufacturing the workpiece; choice of accuracy indicators that can be achieved when manufacturing the workpiece by these methods; selection of tolerances, allowances, calculation of the dimensions of blanks; calculation of the mass of blanks; determination of the coefficients of accuracy of masses and the cost of production of blanks; definition for exact surfaces of refinement coefficients and number of machining transitions; the determination of the laboriousness of machining taking into account the laboriousness of shaping by the machining of those surfaces that are not provided by some variants of the manufacture of the initial blank.
With the use of the proposed method, technical and economic indicators of possible ways of manufacturing a workpiece of a particular component and the chosen optimal method for given technological conditions are estimated.
