Abstract

The object of the study is the centrifuge of МР-380 type for the formation of reinforced concrete long-length tubular products, which has a free roller suspension with horizontal springing of the supports, and in which the radial displacements of formwork halves are possible mainly due to the wear of the frameworks park.
The purpose of the work is to create a mathematical model of the dynamics of the centrifuge in the presence of radial displacement of formwork halves, as well as the assessment of its effect on the law of the displacement and the nature of the movement of the centrifuge bearings. Consideration of the displacement factor of formwork halves is relevant in terms of preventing excessive impact on the process of centrifugation of vibrations and impacts, and as a consequence, deterioration of product quality, increase of the parts and centrifugal units wear, exceeding the permissible levels of noise and vibration.
The paper presents the results of the study of the dynamics of the free-roller centrifuge for the manufacture of reinforced concrete tubular products (MR-380 type of centrifuge, with a horizontal elastic suspension of the framework form) with the radial displacement of semi-forms. The mathematical model of the corresponding mechanical system, created by the graph-geometric experiment, the compilation of differential equations of motion and software for their solution, allowed estimating the influence on the dynamics of the centrifuge of the displacement factor of semi-forms.
The analysis of the obtained results testifies to the significant influence of the displacement of semi-forms (especially the factor of the present shock interactions) on the dynamics of the system. There is observed a "tooth-like" oscillation, a significant increase in amplitudes, and hence noise and vibration, and as a result, the wear and tear of parts and knots of the centrifuge as well as energy consumption of production increase. Such factors when operating existing centrifuges of similar design, taking into account the known shortcomings due to the intensification of formation, indicate the urgent need to replace the common centrifuges of MR-380 type with more updated ones.
