The article investigates the issue of increasing the efficiency of the freight forwarding company. Scientific interest is the reduction of losses during transportation of goods by road transport Ltd. "PAVER TRANS TRADE", improving the efficiency of the activity, which is the key to the introduction of a modern electronic cargo tracking management system in the company's activities with the help of navigation maps and satellite system.
