Abstract

The research object is the numerical control system of an industrial robot.

The purpose of the work – to improve system performance industrial robot control.

In the modern terms condition of the engineering industry, given the level of equipment's automation  which used in enterprises - very acute issue of modernization of the production facilities. This problem also applies to auxiliary equipment such as industrial robots, control systems which are outdated and energy-intensive.

This work is devoted to the modernization of control system of industrial robot MRL-200 Series with using advanced technologies that will ensure high performance, ease of setup speed, low power consumption and sufficient reliability.

Given the prospects of upgrading equipment that will increase the productivity of work, it becomes apparent relevance of such work.
