REVIEW OF CONSTRUCTIONS OF MACHINES FOR COLLECTING AND PRIMARY PROCESSING OF HARD DOMESTIC WASTES

The object of the study is the constructions of machines for collecting and primary processing of hard domestic wastes.
The purpose of the study is the review of constructions of machines for collecting and primary processing of hard domestic wastes.
The research method is the analysis.
The chart of complex of machines and equipment for handling with the hard domestic wastes has been offered in the paper.
It has been found that the prevalence of lateral method of loading of wastes is 25 % , and it is conditioned by the presence of the wide park of stationary (inwheeled) trash containers by volume of 0,75 and 0,8 m3 on the Ukrainian territory since times of the USSR. It is marked that the dust-cart with the front loading it comfortably to use for emptying of eurocontainers by volume of 2,0.5,0 м3, and the large sizes of transport dust-cart and front location of loader require a large area for manoeuvring that stipulates insignificant prevalence (5 %) of this method of loading of wastes in dust-carts. It has been found out that most widespread (70 %) on the method of loading of wastes are dust-carts with the back loading, equipped by an universal delight that works with any types of garbage containers by volume of to 1,1 м3. It has been established that the common drawback of the existent charts of wastesl oading in the basket of the dust-cart is the possibility of the incomplete emptying of the container.
It is established that unloading with raising of basket is used in dust-carts with a lateral loading chart and has a risk of knocking over a specialcar, and the chart of unloading of hard domestic wastes from the dust-carts with pushflag is used in dust-carts with a back loading of wastes chart.
The review conducted in the article allows to set priority directions of improvement of constructions of dust-carts.References
