The choice of criteria fracture in problems of metal forming, depending on the curvature of the path deformation and damage accumulation rate is substantiated in the article; engineering formulas for determining ductility resource used in the shaping of layer car pins are received.
The object of the study is the process of forming laminated car pin.
The purpose is the choice of phenomenological criteria for the evaluation of fracture ductility resource used in processes involving different histories deformation. The method of research is the empirical scientific method.
It is often necessary to choose the criteria for calculating fracture ductility resource used and predicting the destruction of parts in metal forming problems. It has been established that the feasibility of fracture criteria in problems of metal forming is determined by the rate of damage accumulation and the curvature of the path of deformation. Recommendations on use of criteria destruction depending on the complexity of manufacturing parts in metal forming processes are presented.
The results of articles can be introduced in technology of automotive parts in metal forming processes.
The projected assumptions about the object of study are the search for the optimal technology of car parts with a minimum number of defective products.
